VP METALGUARD 250

VP METALGUARD 250

High-Temperature, Non-Stick & Scratch-Resistant Coating for Metal Surfaces Up to 9H Hardness.

Benefits

Vetro Power METALGUARD 250 is a high-performance nano-ceramic hybrid coating developed for industrial metal surfaces subject to heat, abrasion, and contamination. This sol-gel based coating enhances surface hardness to 9H, delivers excellent non-stick performance, and withstands temperatures up to 250 °C. Applied in micrometer-thin layers, it preserves the underlying substrate while offering long-lasting, easy-clean functionality. Suitable for food processing, machinery, tooling, and high-heat components, METALGUARD 250 is the ideal solution for OEMs, processors, and maintenance professionals seeking reliable protection. The applied layer ranges from approximately 4 to 9 microns and is applied using a spray process. It is important to note that this product requires subsequent thermal curing.

  • Increases metal surface scratch resistance up to 9H (from 4–5 Mohs)
  • Withstands continuous heat exposure up to 250 °C
  • Delivers excellent non-stick and easy-clean performance
  • Ideal for stainless steel and industrial metal substrates
  • Thin-film application (2–15 µm), spray or dip
  • Heat-cured for crosslinked, durable surface protection
