Performance & Testing
  • Weathering Resistance (DIN EN ISO 4892-1:2006): Coating remains effective after 550 hours of accelerated exposure, equivalent to 5 years of weathering.
  • Frost-Thaw & Salt Resistance (DIN EN 12371:2010-07 / TL Pflaster-StB 06): Treated stone showed significantly reduced mass loss after 100 cycles, confirming high durability against freeze-thaw and de-icing salt conditions.
  • Water Vapour Diffusion (DIN EN ISO 12572:2001): No negative impact on breathability; permeability remains intact.
  • Water Absorption (CSIRO BEST-2:1998): Water absorption reduced to 3.87% by weight on sandstone surfaces.
  • Salt Damage Resistance (AS/NZS 4456.10:2003): Treated surfaces exhibited high resistance to damage from salt exposure.
